Eden site development is a terrible developer to do work with do not work with them. By all means pick another developer. We made signs for them and they refuse to finish paying our final balance. We are now moving into a legal battle with them having to spend money on attorneys and collection agencies in order to collect our Final balance Evan Menendez has been a terrible project manager refusing to answer our phone calls now that the project is over and we are looking for our final balance. They hide behind different entities so that you can track who owns the business.

This happened yesterday. The job at 192 and 429 I was over on the job site and I saw a white man with a ponytail offending a truck driver telling a lot of bad work and shit like that. This guy should be fired. Nobody deserve to be treated like that just because the guy in the truck he got stuck while he was barking up to dump the dirt and the company doesn’t do anything

I should have went with my first instinct of not calling after I read a couple of reviews, of not calling! But I did and the reviews were spot on. I talked to a guy named Byron who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, I was trying to give him a job! I was cut off before I could tell him all the details, he jumped right in and said "we don't don't waste our time on small jobs like that! If he would have let me finish he would have found out that the job has a sticker price of 10,000,000 dollars! He should probably take a class in public relations, that's sad!

My ex husband works for this company and they were given directions multiple times to take out childsupport. They were emailed and called multiple times and failed to take out the support for over 80 weeks after they were given the copy that states if they fail to hold up the court order they can be sued for for the amount plus attorneys fees, fines and the almost 8 grand in support they failed to take out. If anyone else has any questions please contact me and I am trying to retain a lawyer at this time but also asking if anyone else has had this problem with this company. I also contacted their office on 5/14/2021 to ask them what they planned to do about this and they are refusing to talk to me stating that they just started taking this out on 5/07/2021. Being in construction for over 4 years an about 2years in construction management, doing project for clients like Prime Construction, various county's and I can honestly said their labor force , equipment and job quality is definitely some of the best I have seen in the Central Florida area.
