Richie, John, and Ortiz installed a whole house water filter and water softener at my home in Ravenel. I am 100% pleased with their commitment to service and quality. They were each professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to be courteous and left my home even cleaner than it was when they arrived! Michael was also extremely helpful whenever I had questions about the system. I would definitely recommend this team!

This company is outstanding! We had an issue with our RO system and woke up one morning with no water in our tank. We called immediately when they opened and received a commitment to have someone out as soon as possible. Mack was our technician and he communicated when he would arrive and arrived on time. He is extremely knowledgeable about wells, well systems, and RO systems. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and evaluate the entire system. As it turns out, there was clay sludge that had entered the system and he identified a couple scenarios of how this possibly occurred. He flushed the system, tested the water, and made sure that our RO system was functioning properly before leaving. Two thumbs up!! Highly recommend Mack and the company! Thank you!
