I have called 3 times now in the last month for someone to come out and fix one of our gutters which was installed incorrectly, it’s got stagnant water in it and isn’t draining properly and has caused us to have a bad mosquito problem due to the water that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I keep calling and getting a hold of a very nice and polite lady who says Paul or someone will call me and no one ever does!! Very sad for this company because if they keep. Treating their customers like this they won’t have any, and they’ll become another statistic like other companies who aren’t surviving and having to shut down. Called to have gutter that they installed repaired as it had sagged and wasn't working properly, called 3 times.......nice Lady said she'd get on it, no response. We will not use this company again, they don't stand behind the labor they provide.

Gave me a very reasonable estimate to correct several gutters that weren’t draining correctly. Most of the problems were quickly fixed. Because of the roof’s unusual slant, one gutter was accumulating water at one end and they couldn’t raise it enough to get it to drain properly. Instead, they installed a new downspout on it at no additional cost! Works well now. Installers were courteous, friendly, and on time. Highly recommend!

My previous rain gutters leaked at the seam in several places, and looked horrible because of attempts to seal those leaks. The dripping discouraged my dogs from going outside, even in a light rain. I decided to have a rain gutter company do the installation. Paul came out to give me an estimate, which he emailed to me within a day or so of his visit. Placed a call for a modification to modify my recently installed gutters. I was told that they wouldn't work on gutters they didn't install. I asked for a quote to replace. I have never heard back. I guess the job was too small? It seems like no one should be turning away work at the moment. Disrespectful mind set. Look elsewhere.
