SCR IS A TERRIBLE OROVIDER. You are driven to the internet and it “locks up” consistently when past statements are requested. When I call the initial challenge is to find the correct number. When that issue is resolved I call and I’m told there is a 45min to 2 hour wait to speak to a representative… Truly awful service. SCE’s slogan should be “WE DON’T CARE…WE DON’T HAVE TO!!! Useless!!!
