After missing the initial appointment, getting a call to reschedule a second appointment, Mr. Guy Yaw did appear at the third scheduled appointment to look over the project we wanted to be done; upon leaving he stated we would get a complete estimate by email the following evening; two weeks passed---we called and he assured us we would get the estimate that evening or the next day for sure....two more weeks have passed with nothing received.
