I am so impressed with the services that I received by EDR & Family Septic Inspections. I am in the process of selling my home and received a bad report from another service that my buyer had hired. EDR responded quickly, completed an inspection and emailed a report within hours complete with pictures and videos. . I was able to watch the entire inspections during the inspection and after with the report received. The initial report from the other service reported damage done by a tree root and included a high estimate of “Neccessary” repairs. Dan did a thorough inspection, although he did not find any damage from a tree root. I originally called EDR & Family Septic Inspections when I thought my septic was failing, I couldn't be more pleased with their response. Dan and his wife were thorough, professional, and efficient, they also took the time to discuss my options when they confirmed it was failing. When digging during the inspection they placed a tarp on the grass to keep the process as neat as possible. From scheduling to the final report, the process was seamless. A couple days later my pump failed and they came right over and fixed it, even showed us how to manually trigger the pump if we had further issues. I highly recommend them for their excellent service, attention to detail and professionalism.
