ED's Sealcoating

I've been using Ed for the past 5 years, and every single time, his work has been top-tier but this last job absolutely blew me away. My driveway is 25 years old and had a ton of major cracks. I called Ed, and within 24 hours, he was at my place with his crew, ready to go. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days — and it shows how much pride he takes in his work. What really sets Ed apart is the quality of his sealcoat. It’s thick, rich, and NOT watered down like what you get from most other companies. Ed is a true professional and a humble owner. He did a phenomenal job prepping the driveway before sealcoating which is key for long lasting seal. He sealed all the cracks, removed all debris from the driveway before he sealcoated. Great quality work and comes on time. I had many companies over the decade but I will use Ed for all my future sealcoating. Thank you Ed.

Never go with this company. I had 11 houses lined up for him to re-seal their driveways. The first day he was 8 hours late. The second day he no called no showed. Then I got a Text from him saying, “I just found this phone, do you know the person?” Are you kidding me? So some random person found your phone, unlocked it and is responding to your text messages? He also bragged about the work he does for Mike and Denise’s restaurant and other local places in the area. I will be contacting these places letting them know what kind of person they are working with and how he uses them to advertise his poor work. Terrible experience. Never again.

This is my second year, contracting them to do my driveway first year no problem this year I advised them about cracks in my driveway. I have screenshots of conversations that I’ve had with him talking about filling in those cracks he advised me that it’s included in the price. The day of seal coding, I contacted him and reminded him about the cracks. I have cameras facing driveway and watched him not fill in cracks called him now answer text him no answer not till next day is when I received response telling me that he would come to my house and fill in the cracks, that he did not do he would give me a date and the date of he would reschedule again this happened three times last message I received from him was saying he was going to refund me my money it’s been over a week now and I have

Terrible experience. I reached out to Ed and agreed on a schedule. He quoted a reasonable price which was acceptable to both of us. But Then he didn’t show up on the scheduled day. When I followed up, his response was not convincing. But he promised me that he will finish the work next day. He didn’t show up again with no communication whatsoever. I decided to give him another chance and called him few weeks after. He had the same attitude and asked me for my address again. Even when confirmed, he had a no show again and also never bothered to respond back with an update. Wasted my time here. I will be looking for someone else to do the job.
