They made a mistake cross referencing a motor. Was told to bring it back for replacement. Brought it back the next day and the desk clerk told me I couldn’t return it. Asked the manager and he didn’t even bother to get out of his chair. Said can’t take it back. I objected and the clerk started raising his voice. Told him to watch his tone and it wasn’t worth $300 to deal with a company like this. Highly recommend you use R&E for supply needs.
