Edward Powell Pump and Well Drilling

Powell's team had been servicing our well and pump for a few years, and in January identified that the pump was going to fail soon. We decided to let it run its course, however, that happened a few weeks later during the coldest winter period in recent memory. It failed a day before we got a foot of snow. Nathan came right out and assessed the issue and scheduled the team to come the day after the storm cleared. They were here on time, even though it took hours to clear their equipment and office from the snow. Both Nathan and Will did an exceptional job working throughout the day in negative temperatures. I would like to particularly call out and highlight Will, who is as equally technically talented as he is polite, intelligent, and courteous in our home and when explaining the issues

John and his apprentice, Fidel responded to my residence for a service call. If you own a well, you are definitely familiar with the angst it can cause when you have no water. Both men were extremely empathetic, professional, and responsive toward me. They were also very neat and tidy and upon their departure, there was no evidence of leftover dirt, or messes. Most importantly, they stayed until the work was done and they went above and beyond in their attention to failure I was having with the well. I highly recomment Powell Pump and Well. I have already referred them to many family and friends and all have given positve feedback on their experience. Service is so important and Powell delivers!

I had an emergency at 5pm where my water stopped working ahead of a storm coming this weekend. They had an on-call tech on site around 6/630. Nate came over, and he was incredibly helpful. Despite the terrible weather conditions, he took his time to look at the well and the pump, and walk me through everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions very patiently and was willing to go above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem. He really cared about helping us and it was very clear. After and hour or so, we figured out where the problem was - which was not even with the well but the water filtration system. I was incredibly thankful to have someone as knowledgeable and personable there to help us out!

We had them inspect, replace and update our water treatment system. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Everyone we have interacted with at the company is very kind and helpful. Our tech onsite was very organized, clean and thorough. They also gave us a specific and helpful walk through on what to do and how to maintain the system. Highly recommend their services.

We had what was assumed to be a well pump problem recently. We thought our pump was defective as it would not pump up to pressure any longer and there was a lot of pipe banging when the pump turned on. The technician from Powell's, Will, was eventually able to diagnose the problem as a crack in the pipe coming up from the pump to the house. After replacing the pipe, our system worked as good as new with no problems.
