This was an unprofessional experience, from the get go. The experience was unfavorable and I had to stay on top ofRay as to when the work was going to begin. The clean up process was horrific, I walked out of my back door and saw that there was debris hanging out of the window after the work was “completed”. Ray assured us that he would remove the debris but never did and said he would move it during our bulk pick up. When it was time for pick up, Ray was not able to move the debris. My wife is 7.5 months pregnant, I’m out of town and she had to move the debris from the back of the house to the front. I will not use Ray again and I advise that you do not either!

Prompt reply when I needed service and provided the diagnostic problem with my Rheem R22 immediately while other HVAC companies who gave service calls that I paid didn’t. Mr Edwards was very helpful and called even after he was at my place to check how my air-conditioning unit was functioning.

We’ve used Edwards Aire Group for our Arooga’s Grille House restaurant in North Plainfield. They were very responsive, cost effective, and kept us in the loop at all times. They worked around our hours of operation to ensure the work would not interfere with our guests. Highly recommended.

Beware of Ray. He replaced the HVAC system in my home but never followed through the install and did not complete the permit process. Would never hire him again. He made false promises multiple times that he would follow through, over almost 3 months, but never did. Filed complaint with BBB as well.
