I placed a service call for my speed queen washer. The woman who answered was very pleasant. Technician arrived as scheduled. The technician replaced the belts. The price was reasonable and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. This was my 1st time using them. I will definitely use the again. I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews previously posted but I thought I would give them a shot and decide for myself. I’m glad I did!!!!’

My husband and I couldn't of had a better repair man than Ray. Not only was he personable but also had shared some tips about our refrigerator that we didn't have any knowledge about. He had to come twice because he didn't have the right valve for our fridge, but he ordered the part Immediately and it came within a week. Thank you Edwards Appliance for your awesome work.

Repair guy came out, checked the fridge, said it should have been plugged in overnight and the person at their company should have told me. Checked the back of the fridge, there was a blinking code he looked up on his phone that told him it was the compressor. I told him it was replaced twice already. He said it wasn't worth doing again, that he isn't allowed to say the word "replace" but he is going to tell them it isn't able to be fixed. I called the warranty company and they stated he reported it was insanitary and there was an odor, that he couldn't do anything. I spoke with the woman from the office. She stated he is and I quote "deathly allergic" to cats and he reported it because he can't be in a home with cats. When I stated what he said, she stated he can't say it should be repl

Fantastic experience. From fixing the fancy built-in refrigerator to figuring out that the dishwasher wasn't working because the installation company screwed up, this company is absolutely the best. After they fixed my problem, in both cases, the tech stayed to be sure the appliance was behaving properly and gave me tips on things I could do to optimize performance. It is very easy to make an appointment with them and I honestly feel it is the one call I need to make when something breaks. Great office/scheduling, best field techs. I rate them a 12 out of 10. Thanks to my neighbor who recommended them.

I had my first-ever experience with Edwards Appliance Service today. I had made an appointment for a service call, and this morning a friendly and helpful Fred Oster appeared as expected at my home. He inspected my ailing kitchen exhaust, made an evaluation of the problem, told me the bad $$ news and said the office would call to set up the finish appt. at some point. He even gave me instructions about how to effectively clean the fan filters. Very impressive service call!
