Edwards Painting service & Chimney inspection

Arthur and Oliver were fantastic! This was my first time receiving any form of chimney service, and I heartily endorse this business. When I told Oliver and Arthur that the floors had just been refinished, they were extremely neat and efficient, even taking the time to take off their shoes and put on shoe covers. I also liked that they placed a tarp. They were courteous, punctual, and understanding when I had a lot of questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would most certainly give them another call in the future.

I am very impressed with the service I received. The technicians conducted a careful chimney Inspection, identifying areas that needed attention. In the middle of the job, McDaniel explained the importance of a small chimney repair, which he completed on the spot. Their chimney sweep cleaning was thorough and left everything spotless. They also performed air duct cleaning, helping improve the airflow throughout my house. Their fireplace cleaning was equally meticulous, making my fireplace look beautiful again. The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. I will definitely hire Edwards Painting service & Chimney inspection again in the future.

I made an appointment to get my chimney looked at. The appointment was several weeks out. I waited for an hour after the appointment time. The technician never showed up or called. I called and the answering service to see if they were still coming and they said that they didn't have a technician to do it and asked me to reschedule. No apology for not showing up. I did reschedule, but because I was skeptical that they would indeed show up, I called the day before my next appointment to make sure that they would be coming out. The service called the company and found out the there is no technician available. Once again, no call to me so that I could make other arrangements. Very disappointing.
