We've been calling on Galen Edwards for years to repair, replace, or just inspect plumbing for us. Doesn't matter if it's early or late, weekday or weekend, if he doesn't answer the phone himself his answering service will have him in touch with you within 30 minutes, and he'll be out within a couple of days at most. Yes, he seems gruff but his no-nonsense attitude speaks to the fact that he's all business when dealing with a plumbing issue. Also love that he readily apprentices young folk and although they may not realize it, they're being taught by one of the best in the business.

We have had Galen Edwards, Edwards Plumbing and Heating, service our home plumbing, and all HVAC issues for at least 25 years. He sets appointments, calls on his way and gets there when he says he will be there. The work is outstanding and he has a very broad knowledge of his field. I highly recommend him.

I called in and they were able to diagnose it over the phone. They ordered parts and schedule the appointment when they got them. Showed up on time and took less time and they told me it would. Heater has worked flawlessly since then. I would recommend Edwards plumbing to anyone. Edwards plumbing has done work fort most of my family, and has never let us down.

The good part is his wife always answers. Basically shows up and will text if late. Nothing about the price is reasonable and maybe it's just me. 1 hour of work was about 350 bucks. I am excluding the 10 minutes he took to write the bill. I checked online for a price of the part that failed. $142-$160. His markup isn't ~40% which is more typical. He's basically 2x ,so $300. So 1 hour of work and part online that is 150 bucks will cost you $650.

Edwards Plumbing is our #1go to for anything/everything involving plumbing!!!! Top caliber service, professional, very reasonable rates and dependable. Can't go wrong calling/ using Galen & his staff at Edwards Plumbing !!!!!
