Not a local company. Called and scheduled appt for same day service. Talked to representative at 7:30, informed them I was only available after 2:00. They confirmed appt. They called me at 1:00 (I was unavailable and didn’t pick up as i informed them). Called them back at 1:50, they cancelled my appt because the technician “would be driving more than an hour and I didn’t pick up.” Really? I confirmed with you that morning and told you when I would and would not be available.
