WARNING!!! I called Ben from Google services. Ben was very excited to see my job. Ben contacted me to make sure I'd be there for our meeting. Ben showed up promptly quoted the job and gave me a price. I met Ben the next day to give he a deposit to pull permits and start the job. Once my check cleared Ben never showed to do any work. Ben said his partner would show and never did. When asked to return my deposit Ben made excuses. At this time I have not received my refund. Though he said its in the mail which I doubt. Nothing he said was followed through on.I have take the issue to consumer protection.

They fixed our shower pressure issue that we had been dealing with for months. Everything works perfectly now.

I contacted Ben looking for a quote. He preferred to discuss numbers and meeting dates via text and not via phone call. He asked me to RE-scheduled many times after him being unresponsive to take calls or reply my messages. He ended up asking me if "I was around" to finally meet for the 1st time at my property around lunch time on EASTER Day! What a Easter Egg this guy is...!! I do not recommend his services!

I reached out to this business for plumbing repairs for a house that I was putting on the market. The plumber came over and did repairs but I soon noticed the problems were still there after I paid for the job. I ended up fixing the tub issue myself and provided pictures and was promised a credit and never received it. I even reached out multiple times after and realized that they had no intentions of responding or providing a credit that was promised. Pictures below.
