He showed up on time, he was able to complete everything that I needed and it didn't take forever like some other places I've dealt with in the past, it was obvious that he cares about retaining his customers for the future, he was very clean and professional with a happy go lucky personality you could feel, there wasn't even a mess to clean up after he left, I know as for myself, I will definitely be going with Eel River Electric for all of my Electrical needs moving forward. I am not usually a 5 star type of customer, But when someone goes above and beyond, I feel it is necessary to shine a light on them as it is not so common anymore.
