Had a pipe that was leaking water into my dining room, John called back right away (told me about the waiting list, he said he could call someone and could I send a picture) they were here in an hour! It was fixed and done in short order, they did some outside work and under the kitchen sink last summer, great company, I will call them every time! Picture of my new (unleaking pipe)

they got the job done, but not without some issues. all we needed was a new outdoor faucet that doesn't leak. because the standard is to winterize, they spent a while looking underneath our crawl space for a way to put the new one in, but no luck. they spent over an hour down there looking, which seemed excessive. they were then summoned somewhere else for an "emergency" somewhere else, and a few hours later two new individuals arrived, with zero prior knowledge of what the previous team had tried. they did the same thing, wasting time in the crawl space. after an hour or so, i suggested for them to try looking on the outside, at the faucet itself, since there's clearly no way to access it in the crawl space. they then took my idea and ran with it, turns out the faucet just needs to be tw
