Efficiency kings

Great service for my Ironwood business! Nate came same day, which was super impressive (especially for this area because getting anyone to show up with less then 6 weeks notice is torture!). We felt the issue was diagnosed completely, and the end recommendation was knowledgeable. Rates are fair and competitive compared to past service from Ashland/Mani-waters based techs. It is SO hard to find refrigeration service in this area for businesses, and I'm pretty sure we just found our new guy! Thanks and will be in touch for future issues EK.

They were very understanding of my situation, and being that a previous business had overcharged me after neglecting me for weeks, the price was excellent. About $1500 less than quoted by the previous service. Then, after prompt installation and comprehensive explanation of everything, they worked with my income to best support me and my child. Bar none, this experience was infinitely better than with the other business, and I would recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or replacement. Thanks again guys.

Called Efficiency Kings in the fall of 2022. They came out to inspect and replace the furnace the same day. They installed the furnace and ran out of time and said they would return. Paid them for the work they had completed. In May 2023, I called to have them come out and complete the job. Kassie said that they would send someone out. That never happened. Was in contact with Kassie throughout the summer with promises they would be here and they never showed. Now they won't return my calls nor texts. I hate writing bad reviews, I would expect that any company would have the courtesy to talk to their customer and just let them know if they no longer wanted to service them so at least we could look for another company. It was Friday about noon. The first day of the coldest week of the year with temps forecast to be -15 in Northern Wisconsin. My furnace quit. I contacted a service I have used for a long time who have a good reputation and are responsive. They came out and diagnosed my problem but couldn't get to fixing it until probably 5-6 days later. They were busy and I would have used them except for the delay. A friend suggested I contact Kassi at Efficiency Kings. I called on a Saturday morning and they answered the phone! Not only did they have a furnace of the type I needed in stock but had a crew that could install that day. Two hours later they showed up and went to work. By 6PM on a Saturday I had a new furnace! And, the price was very fair. I expected to pay a healthy surcharge for a Saturday

Furnace was acting up and needed someone to look at it, after numerous contractors not calling back or being put on a one month waiting list I called efficiency kings, within a few hours they came to my house and fixed it. The guy was very knowledgeable and they even have an after hours emergency repair number. I thought there cost for the job was reasonable also…..(update) just like others are saying, had some a/c issues, called for three weeks with no call backs, left numerous messages when there voicemail wasnt filled and still two months later no response! I’m clearly done with them!
