Efficient Heating & Cooling

We had one positive experience and one very negative experience with efficient heating and cooling. We worked with them in a large renovation where they ripped up and reinstalled the hvac. The initial project went well but they left some of the work incomplete. They were supposed to come back in the coming week or two, but it took more than 4 months to get them to come back. When they finally came back, they charged a ridiculous fee for less than 1 hours of work. 90% of the bill was human hours. When we asked for an explanation for the $500+ bill for 1 hour of work we received very short and unprofessional communication. Would not recommend hiring this company.

This company is excellent. They fixed my AC unit when another company was going to charge me thousands to replace the entire system. They are fair and honest; I won't go elsewhere.

Called Efficient for a problem with our central air conditioner. Problem was detected in a timely manner. The owner told us the unit was still under warranty. The only bill was for the labor. It only took a couple of hours to replace an a coil. Awesome job guys. Thank you!!
