I contacted Efficient Roofing to provide an estimate for repairing a water leak. Juan climbed on top of the roof to assess the damage. He discovered that the original roofer had cover the drain with a roof tile not allowing the water to drain properly and it turn degraded the roof material. Rather than charging me thousands of dollars to repair the damaged roof, he suggested I address the issue with the original roof installer.
