One star is too generous. This company sent a “chimney sweep” to our home. He ruined our gas logs, made a HUGE mess in our fireplace, stained our carpets, charged an extra $400 for work that we have now verified he did not actually complete. He threw a tantrum when I asked him to clean up after himself and insisted that we could burn our gas fire with the fireplace full of debris and soot. As if all of that wasn’t bad enough, when we complained to the company they promised (in writing) to refund us for this horrible service and so far I have not been refunded a dime. This company is a scam. Do not use. They are absolute crooks and not professional at all.

BAIT and SWITCH!!!! May 19 th appt to do an air duct cleaning service was NOT the person that was in the photo of the company that I contacted or messaged ! Showed up in an old van NO COMPANY LOGO with horrible equipment . I’m surprised I even let them in my house.! Shame on me! Reported them to Facebook. I have tried to contact Darrin Thomas now I am blocked. None of the messages go through. Did a horrible service made a mess and also left a light on above my garage which I just found on a week later. I did not hire EGAD cleaning !!!! after receiving several phone calls at day with my appointment time changing!!! be aware ! Don’t use , look up the BBB, there is no accreditation for this company !!!!!! They were also smoking marijuana in the van when I went out there in my driveway i

I had EGAD Cleaning Service come to my house to clean out our duct work. At first everything went well, although he wanted to upcharge me for services he thought I needed. The problems started when he dropped his shop-vac when he was coming down from the attic. When it hit the floor, it exploded into a dust bomb and went all over the house. He did a mediocre job of cleaning it up. It was everywhere and we were cleaning it up for a month. He did more harm than good and my allergies acted up everyday for over a month. I would not recommend this company.

This "company" is a scam, no licensing, no actual business model, no receipts for proof of purchase without several days of asking (what what they did send is full of false information regarding their contact info.) The service I "received" seemed half done at best. I truly believe nothing was actually done to clean our vents. They are also operating under the name "E Y Best Solutions" which is who I thought I was paying. Hopefully some of you do more research than me. I also have gotten local law enforcement involved. If you've been affected as well I recommend getting in touch with yours as well.

Don't use this service. I was promised an air duct cleaning and sanitizing to remove black mold. The technician Ben told me I would get a military discount and discount on original service of $199. He made it look like he took pictures of each of my air ducts and then told me I had black mold. For $2700 he scrubbed the vents a little and then used 1 can of Kilz spray to sanitize. I tried to contact Charles Ryan the Facebook contact and have not heard from him or Ben. My messages to them have been deleted and my comments on Facebook. They are scammers. Don't let this happen to you
