Had them come because our kitchen drain was not draining. Technician was here for over 3 hours and also had another person come to help him and charged us $578. Before I paid technician said, "this is the best we can do. Continue putting live enzymes down the drain and if that doesn't fix it, you need to call D&L Drain to have them come from the top of your house and blast it." Probablt a week or so after they were here it was backed up AGAIN. Called them today to complain they said since i signed off the only thing they could do is send someone else over but I would be charged for labor. This is ridiculous. The technician (who is the specialist here) should have stopped after an hour of he was not for sure he could unclog it. Also the wooster office said today "they can't guarante

I woke up to a water stain on the ceiling that had developed overnight. E&H had someone out within an hour of my call. Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as thoroughly explained what the issue had been. The price was reasonable and the service was fast. We will definitely use them again if we have a need in the future!

Marion was very courteous & replaced our kitchen faucet in no time. As far as price, we're seniors & feel everything is high priced today. But I can't complain about the service, he was here within the hr after I called. Thank you, Marion, for your kindness.

I need the hardware in my shower replaced it was dripping. Here many came and gave me an estimate. I agreed to it and set a time for replacement but three days before it went from a drip to a strong stream, I called and they send him to fix my shower within a hour from my call. He worked steady and did a great job. He cleaned up and was done within time he allowed. He went above his job and was very nice and thoughtful. Will tell my friends about a great job he did.
