From the moment Ed Ehlen came out for the quote, we could tell the difference in customer service, professionalism, and knowledge compared to other tile companies. Within an hour or two, Brooke had our quote to us. Courtney (and Brooke) at the Ehlen office was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about the quality of work and our satisfaction. The stars of the show were Manny & Sergio who did a phenomenal job with the installation of our backsplash. Their attention to detail and communication was superb. They were courteous and took extra care and caution with our condo. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend Ehlen for all floor and tiling needs; best in southwest Florida!
