Our technician, Brian has been treating our house for years and does a great job. He’s always kind, courteous and always takes his time to make sure all areas are thoroughly treated and taken care of.

I explained to this company that I work M-F and needed to be contacted with an ETA when they would arrive. I work only 3.5 miles/10 mins from my home. They show up with no call so they are only able to check and refill the exterior bait stations, as far as my interior which were full with rodents did not get checked or replaced. Only on one service I was told the technician would be at my home at 9, worked it out with my supervisor to take my early 30 minute lunch to meet them. The guy showed up at 9:30 and didn’t even have anymore glue traps so had to use only the Ana traps. Had to dip into my vacation time to cover the lost time & receive a reprimand from my boss. Why is it so hard to follow customers requests. I’m sorry I’m not a retiree or unemployed and have all day to sit & wait for

Ehrlich always takes good care of our property and Chris Sadlege always takes the time to explain things to us in such a professional and helpful manner that makes it easy to understand. i feel blessed to have him and Ehlrich provide care and maintenance for our home.

Devin is always very helpful and professional when it comes to the intial inspections. The service techs do a great job eliminating the issue and always open to discuss any of my concerns. I highly recommend !

I have had Ehrlich as my pest control service for 5 years. Our regular technician is excellent. I pay $66. Per month for regular service. Last week I had an emergency and I needed service that day. On 9/5 they offered me service on 9/10!!! Not acceptable!!! There was a terrible smell coming from our basement. My 71 year old husband had to climb a ladder and open the drop ceiling to take out a dead mouse. For what we pay, we should not have to do this. Now that you only talk to their call center there is no emergency help.when they offered me 9/10, it was by email and they told me to have a nice day! Really?!?
