Save yourself over $600 dollars & just buy your own traps & bait stations. Our neighbor's chicken coop brought in some rats; we managed to catch 2 in our own traps that we bought. 4 months & over $600 later, none of the traps Erlich set out caught anything. But the rats are able to get the food off of them without triggering them. In the first consultation they told us our traps wouldn't work because the rats can smell us on them. That at Erlich they wear gloves; well I watched them set multiple traps without using gloves.
