Chris did an amazing job at assessing the area of yellow jacket nest, treating it and then reviewing what he found with me. He answered my questions and was very courteous!

He explained everything he was doing, what he was treating with, and why. He made you feel comfortable with the service you were getting. He went above and beyond to meet our needs.

They are always very detailed with their inspections and take care of any issues I have with bees. The only reason I do not give this five stars is due to the companies decision to restructure their districts without notice to existing customers that they would be losing their normal inspector.

Tee with Ehrlich always provides quality service. He is thorough with his checks and helps address any questions or concerns that we have. He continues to provide recommendations to better protect our home and is very friendly. If anything comes up in between appointments, he is quick to respond and get out to address the issue.
