As a first time customer of this company I've had extremely positive experiences with the technician who comes to my house for service and also the sales agent that I talked to before signing up. The technician, Kevin is top notch! He's very knowledgeable, personable, helpful and caring. He always goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right, will go above and beyond to help and never short cuts anything. I would highly recommend him as well as this company! Ehrlich is a quality company, for sure!

Adam did a very thorough job during his first visit to our house. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile checking our crawl space and through the exterior snowpack to ensure we had the best pest control service possible despite the weather conditions.
