Difficult to get a hold of anyone to change an appointment two days out. I didn’t even make the appointment as they put you on their schedule without confirming! They send you an email before the appointment. It’s VERY inconvenient. We have used them year round for prevention for over 10 years but no longer satisfied with their customer service. It’s terrible. Have called 3 times to be on hold for over minutes each time only to be disconnected once and the other times I gave up.. I tried to get in que for a call back and no one called. Did another prompt for texting instead and got no text and lost my place after already waiting 30 plus minutes. Guess I can’t cancel until the morning when they say that they are on their way. I have been contracted with Erlich for years. My regular technician, Barry, was here today. He is thorough, knowledgeable, takes his time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions by explaining in detail. I am always happy with his service. No complaints ever from me. As a bonus, he has a great sense of humor.

I’m have had Nick as my technician for several years. He is very professional, prompt and handles all my concerns. My home is thoroughly treated and I don’t see any pests after his visits. Whenever, a pest problem comes up, Ehrlich is quick to respond to my additional service request. A summary of his visit is provided at the end with recommendations for eliminating future problems.

Our technician, Chris Cruz, was very knowledgable and addressed all of my questions. Additionally, he discovered an area of concern in the cellar that is contributing to carpenter ant use! We will happily ask for his assistance again!

Nicholas is fantastic - reliable, professional, and always thoughtful in his approach. He calls ahead to confirm every visit, shows up on time, and is incredibly thorough and consultative. He’s even flagged issues like drainage near the house and worn garage door weatherstripping to help prevent future problems. Truly above and beyond. Highly recommend both the service and Nicholas in particular.
