Eichelbergers

Does not respond or contact you. I had Eichelbergers drill my well several years ago. I recently had a sudden change in my water. I had a two different plumbers come to my residence and I was quickly informed to contact a well company to inspect/service my well. I called Eichelbergers as they drilled my well initially. I spoke with Scott who told me my issue was not his department and he referred me to a different department to handle my issue. I waited two weeks and never received a call. I called back and left a voicemail. Still no response or contact.

Update, got a call from Jerry Rice the owner and he set me up with another Jerry to help but the report I recieved is incomplete. Was told I need to get a 4 hr pump test to get acurate gpm. Ive been calling for over a week and a half and haven't heard back. 4 weeks ago.. I called several times to get the report from well that was drilled. Was told they will send it. But its been over a week. Left several messages since and no one has called me back.

I've had no water at my place for almost two weeks now because I've been waiting on Eichelbergers. They came out to the house multiple times, and ultimately just decided after all that time they couldn't do the job. Now I have to find someone else to fix my well issue, and spend MORE time without a running shower or flushing toilet. They were also incredibly hard to get ahold of and communicate with, I'm extremely frustrated.

My pressure tank stopped working so we called Eichelbergers last Friday afternoon and talked to Scott. He was very accommodating and the workers were here first thing Monday morning. Due to the pressure tank being bad for a while, it burned out the pump. They were back first thing on Tuesday morning, pulled the pump and installed a new one. The workers, James and Richard, were great and I'm really happy with their work. As importantly, they enjoy their job and wanted to do their best. If I ever have any other well problems, I will being giving Eichelbergers a call.

Called for well repair. Continuely ran late for appointments, when questioned they admitted they gave the wrong address to the crew. Left customer without water for 3 weeks. After a few appointments they claimed a non existant mold issue in a 75 year old basement.
