Sean is very knowledgeable about cleaning chemicals and how to use them appropriately. He is also careful about his equipment and "your" property. He cleans our sidewalks, driveway, curb, roof, pool deck, and porch on a regular schedule. They look fantastic when he is done. He is especially good in his knowledge of sealers and applying sealer. He is polite and kind. His rates are reasonable.
