Eric & team did an outstanding job on our homes' carpet, stairs, wool area rug, & upholstery, especially after bringing up our very energetic 9 month old puppy! We were about to replace our stairs but I decided to give Eric & team a try. He did not disappoint. I hired Einstein Surface Solutions to pressure wash the exterior of a home I'm helping a homeowner prepare for sale. The second floor white vinyl siding was so badly stained with mildew that it looked greenish/gray and I was doubtful it would ever look white again. Eric pre-treated and soft pressure cleaned the entire exterior of this large home and it looks fantastic now! The white vinyl siding and soffits are sparkling clean and fresh. Eric and his helper also cleaned the carpet throughout the home that had previously which was heavily stained in some areas. Met owner (Eric) while he was performing a tile clean on my neighbors residence and scheduled to have Einstein clean all tile throughout the following week. I received both a call from the company along with a text notifying me the job was scheduled and another text the morning of to inform me Eric was on his way (this is not only awesome with keeping me the customer in the know, but was a highly professional feature.)
