I decided to get a second opinion after another roofer wanted $1,000 for repairs. Bill was extremely thoughtful and pointed out that I likely have a plumbing problem and my roofing is likely not the culprit. I'm glad I called Eisel Roofing!

This week, Eisel roofing was here replacing our roof due to some previous hail damage. This amazing crew noticed that the roof on our dog house actually matched the original roof on our new home. When the job was done, they rang our doorbell, gave us the rundown on the new roof, warranty, etc. then said: "also, we thought the dogs should live in style too, so their roof now matches yours!" We hadn't even noticed the color of the dog roof nor had we thought to replace it. THAT is great customer service. Going that extra mile "just because"... I would like to share my experience in dealing with this company. I rarely post any review but I feel my experience can offer an insight for people who are checking this company out for potential roof repair/replacement. We experienced a severe hail storm in late April, 2021 in Norman, OK. I got in touch with Bill in Eisel Roofing & Construction because my home builder highly recommended this company. He was attentive and immediately came over next day to check the damage on the roof. After the inspection, he did not seem to be concerned and told me to wait until the end of May and he will follow up.
