We were looking for someone to do custom cabinets in our master bathroom. We went to their shop and we're shown around and looked at their products. We were told by the owner that his wife was going to contact us to set up an appointment for an estimate. We called several times and each time told by the own my wife "we will call you with an appointment date" so we waited. We called again and told my wife will call you and set up an appointment time. Needless to say I called to today and the owner asked me if his wife ever called. After I told him she didn't set the appointment date he proceeds to say since she didn't call you we are not going to able to take the job. I get we are busy but if you say you going to do something then do it, if not call and say we are not going to able to do it

Carpentry and millwork shop. They do ~fantastic~ solid surface counters, that look like stone. They also do cabinets and desk. Custom made stuff. Staff were friendly.
