Unfortunately the 2nd time I've had to use them, HOWEVER, service is always prompt, and quick. Got 2 new keys made in under 20 minutes for a car that most other locksmiths said they couldn't duplicate. Don't go anywhere else for your key needs. Ekeys got it covered. Best locksmiths around.

I had to call AAA after losing the only key that starts my car. AAA put me in touch with this business. They called me right away to get details, and showed up within the hour (impressive considering they're 30 min from my location). The locksmith was very polite, worked very quickly, and now I have a working key again! Price was pretty standard for the service provided - it definitely helped that I have AAA as they covered part of the cost.

Needed a replacement fob programmed for my 2025 Tuscon. Talked with Josh a few weeks ago and he was very helpful on how the process went. I had already ordered an OEM replacement thru Walmart but Josh said they can easily program it for me. Went in a few days ago and Adam took care of me in about 15 minutes. These guys really know their stuff and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Easy to get to right off Rt. 495. Glad I found them.

Horrible experience. I had previously been quoted a price of 170 at a different shop, for a new key fob for an older Lexus IS250 model. They couldn’t do it same day, so I had to come back here. The last time I was here they tried to charge me $270, and after I began to walk out, they tried to do it for $250. Months later, I come back with no other option, and they say $250 right off the bat, so their pricing is made up based on what they think you’ll pay. A brand new, unprogrammed key fob for the car costs $75-120 depending on where you buy. They most likely get it for cheaper buying in bulk. There is no reason to charge the amount they do. The workers were rude before I even became frustrated about the price, and would answer the phone with “yo”, and swear while on the phone with customer

I didn’t have a key made at this place, but I did speak twice on the phone about getting a replacement fob car key and got a quote from them. I called after hours and the guy on the phone was extremely patient with me & all my questions, and gave me a well priced quote. This was the best customer service I got after chatting with four other locksmiths in the area today. So I just wanted to recommend these folks to others. And thank you!
