I hired Richard Howard 3 years ago to install LVP in our entire house and have spent the last 2 years trying to get him to fix the lifting, splintering and waving of the floor. He only has excuses and blame for everyone but himself. Do not trust him, you will be out thousands of dollars as we have been.
