Horrible customer service. Had someone pick up an order that wasn’t checked, our mistake, to find out it was damaged. Went straight back to exchange the door when the lady told me I could to then get there and be told different. The owner blamed us for the damage and was very rude. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and for them to put the blame on me instead of just exchanging the door is ridiculous. After going back and forth I Was told that I’d get a refund the next day and now that I call they say no. Do not go there shop elsewhere. Save yourself a hassle. They’d rather lose customers than do what’s right.

Had the pleasure dealing with Lupita on my custom door order. She was knowledgeable, very kind and easy to communicate with. Doors were perfect and quickly made to order. Definitely recommend this place for their staff and their quality of work.

Awful Customer Service. 3 months since our first order and our order is still not complete. 3 missed deliveries, no call to say they were not coming. Some of the doors are not square, our carpenter is having to sand and putty to fix. Not worth the savings we thought we were getting by shopping locally. We bought 16 doors. Since we received our first order, it's been over 4 weeks and they cannot get us the one clear glass door we originally ordered. No calls to update, nothing. Go anywhere else.

Friendly attentive customer service, ordered a door for my customer from them. Home Depot would take 2 weeks to have it ready. They had it ready the next day at half the price.

Worst customer service they don’t care about there customers there phones don’t answer
