I had an excellent experience with this company. They are quick, responsive, caring, and professional. When flood damage occurred in our kitchen, El Paso Restoration sent a technician the same day, conducted tests, and began work immediately after I approved. They also managed all the insurance communications, alleviating a significant burden from our shoulders. Not only did they effectively mitigate the water damage, but they also confirmed there was no mold. I was initially worried about who would replace the walls that needed removal, but one of the technicians assured me they could handle it, (at an extra cost) and they did so seamlessly. I am very impressed with the treatment I received and the quality of work from this company. I highly recommend El Paso Restoration.

After a weekend out of town, I returned home to find our kitchen flooded due to a leak. El Paso Restoration responded immediately, sending someone the same day. They efficiently managed the flood damage, including removing affected walls. I was concerned about reconstruction, but they assured me they could handle it with transparent pricing. The team was responsive, prioritizing safety and comfort. They also managed insurance negotiations, easing our burden. We're very grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

We had a mold issue that needed immediate attention, and the remediation team was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly so we knew exactly what was being done. The work area was well-contained, everything was handled safely, and the job was completed thoroughly and on schedule. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, just focused on doing the job right. We feel confident the mold issue was properly resolved and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation.

Paso restoration came on two separate occasions to fix water damage. First time I had water damage after an intense rain storm. Second time was a toilet that leaked under the floor. Paso restoration removed and cleaned the damage, and also helped put the areas back together with a new design. They did not finish the job on time or within the initial budget estimates, but they did finish and were flexible with changes.

I had a bunch of rain come in this last rain . The roof was leaking and caused the kitchen ceiling to cave in causing quite a bit of damage. These guys came out and did everything for me so i didn't have to hire 10 people . Great work!!!
