El Paso Style Doors and Garage

I filed a Police Report on this business due to their total incompetence when replacing my garage door opener and failure to honor their service agreement. They were over three hours late to come to the house to make an estimate, over six hours late on the day they were to install my garage door opener. Only to come when I told them I had to leave. On the day they were to put in the garage door opener they were late again. After they installed the new opener, they told me that they would come back the next day to install a keypad and give me extra remotes. They never came and I never received the extra remotes or the keypad. When I contacted them again to get them to complete the work and to fulfill their obligations, I was ignored four days in a row before I heard from them. I then reques

the spring of the garage door broke, i was charge $799 for replacing the spring, aligning the garage door to make sure it closes properly and lubricate the rolls. Installer did the job super fast but when Mary call me to give the invoice it turn out to be super expensive. Home depot sells the spring for 100 bucks.. i will add another 100 bucks for the work done of the installer.. where did the other 600 came from..very disappointed i will never recommend this guys ever!

Honestly super great company!!!! Don’t even have a garage but they fixed my garage door quick and easy. Reasonable prices too. Love it and have been a loyal customer with them for the past 5 years.❤️🙈🙊

We called them to service our garage door because it would make a loud sound. The installer aligned the garage door, fixed the spring into position, and replaced a broken part. We weren’t told the cost until the installer was done. Mary then called to charge $799. I understand the labor and service but $799 cmon. When we questioned why so much Mary said that because “prices were going up”. Seriously?? That much?? She didnt want to give us an honest price even after we questioned her. We managed to talk her down to a fair price because she knows that what she was charging was wrong. I do not recommend, if I could give 0 stars I would. I will never call them again.
