ELA Outdoor Living

Thank you to ELA for a wonderful design/build experience! While it's easy for potential clients to visit the ELA website and see the quality craftsmanship, it's quite another matter to feel complete comfort from first meeting to finshing touches. We considered our vision to be a bit unique in that we wanted some big structures in a small space which presents it's own challenges such as water, utilities etc. Keith and the crew at ELA were superb at identifying the concerns and planning contingencies along the way. Keith designed a workable plan within a week of seeing the space which convinced my wife and I, Keith and the crew were the right company (2 other well known contractors didn't believe we could bring our vision to life with the limited space). ELA did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with all of the hardscaping and lighting for our outdoor project. Everything from start to finish was delivered as promised and we could not be happier. The various teams from demolition to clean-up always arrived on time and were super professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ELA to help bring your outdoor dreams & visions to reality! Working with Keith and the ELA team was the best experience! Keith's knowledge was impressive and informed every decision throughout our design process. I cannot recommend ELA more highly. We contracted with them on our patio project. Their proposal was comparable in price to a much smaller contractor with a smaller crew and significantly less experience and was 40% less than a well-known and also well-respected firm. From the inception and design of the project they were creative, knowledgeable and sensitive to our budget. They went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to source the travertine of my choice. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship and work ethic of the ELA crew on site (besides being uniformly nice people). I can't say enough about the great job ELA did for our paver patio and bluestone sidewalk renovation! The crew was hard-working and showed up on time every day. I expected them to power wash the patio & sidewalks, install new sand and seal it, but they actually went stone-by-stone leveling the surfaces and replaced some cracked pavers with extras I had in storage. This is normally a very messy process, but the crew washed down everything after the power washing and added new mulch to the beds. They even power washed the driveway before they left! The sealing made the 10+ year-old patio look practically new. They also painted the pillars on our outdoor pavilion (an addition to the project).
