Great Job! Very Professional and Really really Cheap in price for Top Notch Quality Carpet!! So refreshing actually Dealing with a Company that is Professional. Rare these days to find a Business that actually cares and goes over and beyond the call of duty to take care of their Customers!!! My Hat it Off To Elaine s Carpet Barn in Somerset KY!!! Excellent Job! The Installer was as Just as Professional and Definitely knew what he was Doing! Salute to the Installer also!! We paid with Cash. Not a Check which BTW is not in no way shape or form the same as CASh!!! Legal Tender is the stuff with a picture of a Dead President on it!! We are actually going tomorrow to buy( With Cash) and have it installed ASAP Carpet for 2 more Rooms in our House. Highly Highly recommend Elaine s Carpet Barn!!

Went to pick out flooring for our bathroom. Found the stuff we liked but noticed the sign that said “3%discount for cash”, so had to return because I didn’t have cash on me. Came back on Saturday and wrote a check and they didn’t give me the 3%. The day I picked up the product I asked the guy that was there and asked if a check is the same as cash and he said yes. Credit and debit cards charge for their service so I think check is as good as cash. Since the bank doesn’t charge for depositing a check. Got into and argument with the owner. She said “with a check there’s a risk”. I gave all the identification they required and she still thinks it’s a risk and she charged me for a risk! How often does she get scammed! Elaine’s Carpet Barn – Left heat on downstairs for 4 months I was paying over $270.00 per month for 4 months wondering why Kentucky’s electricity was so high. Then when I returned I noticed they carpeted the closets without cutting the padding so that I could not put the doors on Then Elaine tried to tell me “that might cost extra.” Also, after they were done they were supposed to email me pictures and didn’t do that as well. I think back now and I see why. You have to watch their every move and double check their work. Honor and integrity are what used to make this country a great place to live. I run a business and when we make a mistake we make sure that we compensate our clients. I tried to keep a good relationship with Elaine, spoke calmly, discussed what occurred and then asked if

Elaine's is the place to go to buy linolium rugs I bought one there and it is beautiful and great quality for a very fair price. That's where I will go when I need carpet or linolium rugs, thanks for a friendly good buying experience.
