Elbow Deep Pool Cleaning

My pool looked great when this company first started, (maybe 6 months ago) looking back on texts, he missed multiple weeks. I get it, people get sick, but for the month of June I received a bill they did not come one time in June, my cameras show nobody came to clean the pool. I texted asking what was going on that’s when they told me he was sick. OK I get it, after that, he stopped responding stopped coming. I finally gave up and find a new pool company .. At this point my pool had been let go for a month, so much algae in it that we have to drain the pool., filter got clogged so much that it blew out my pump. I understand it is one guy cleaning it, but being professional you should at least respond. Very unprofessional.

Love our pool guy he makes and keeps out pool clean. Which is very hard with some other companies. Would definitely recommend this company.
