Made an appointment and no one showed. When I called to inquire, the person I spoke with said they would call me back and haven't yet done so. As to the owners response: you must be thinking of a different customer. First of all I don't have a doorbell as I live in a camper trailer. If someone had showed up at the door I would have seen them because I was working right inside the door with the door open. You were to show up between 2 and 4 p.m. I was there at 1:45 and did not leave until 4:30. No one called me as I had my phone on me the entire time waiting for a call. There were no messages and no missed calls on my phone. Additionally, I only called you once at 3:45. I did not call back several hours later. Check your facts. Note: I would bet good money the other reviews are fake.
