I can’t leave a review on the services as I never made it farther than a 5 minute phone call with, who I assume, was the owner. I called because I was told by another electrician that my old fuse box was well overdue for an upgrade to a breaker box, and this initial inquiry was the only full sentence I was able to get out. The person I was speaking to spent the rest of the phone call speaking to me as if I was asking him to do something completely ridiculous, saying he would “be there forever,” asking me 100 questions I couldn’t even stop him to answer, it was the most bizarre phone call to request services I’ve ever had. I had to just hang up because it was like he was trying to convince me not to get the work done or something? Not sure how anyone has ever gotten work done by this busine

We decided to go with a different electrician today for a couple of reasons. I found Steve to be a bit pushy overall but what seemed more troubling were his tactics. When I spoke with him about not doing work until after Thanksgiving he wasn’t happen and resorted to telling me that our insurance lady told him my husband was difficult and that Steve should talk to me instead. He also insinuated that our insurance lady was pressuring him to do the job. After speaking with the agent it became apparent that Steve was manipulating us to go ahead and start the job. We were told that we could choose any electrician and work on our own timeline. My insurance agent expressed that she never made any calls to Steve or his company. We had power in only half of our home. I called and I spoke with the owner and he was very helpful. He suggested calling my power company first to make sure it wasn't something with them before I paid for his services. It was that and I can't thank him enough for his honesty. I will for sure keep him in mind when I or others need electrical services in the future.

Great experience with Electrical Source and Steve. We had a serious issue with our main breaker that could have ended tragically. Steve came out immediately and not only resolved the issue but also walked us through the next steps to avoid future issues. Steves very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to the customer in English. Moving forward we will be using Electrical Source for all of our electrical needs. An excellent experience from start to finish. These guys made me and my family feel like we were priority #1. The job was done very timely and within a reasonable budget. They went on from there to actually lend me their own personal generator for the night because my family and I were going to be without power! That's the kind of experience that will make them my go to in the future for everything!
