Elegant Exteriors

Our builder sent us to Fraley to pick out stone for the exterior of our house and for our fireplace. The staff was very accommodating. They showed us displays, customer images, and product images. They explained all the different shape and color combos we could go with as well as custom options (ie we chose Kentucky Brown color for our exterior but they removed all the brown stones). I felt super confident with what I was getting and loved the final product.

Any positive reviews are from when this company was Fraley Masonry. Since changing ownership it’s zero stars. Zero communication between staff members, poor customer service, no accountability. Would not recommend get your brick and stone anywhere else.

I have built about a dozen properties and have used Fraley on each of them. These guys are super knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating to your schedule. They back their product, install, and have made things right for me on multiple occasions. Would recommend their product and services, no question.

Fraley has a large selection of masonry products to choose from in stock. The sales staff are friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The yard loaders worked quickly and efficiently to get multiple orders out in a timely manner. Great experience overall with this company

Ordered and paid for stone material which took several weeks to get. Once it was delivered found out Only 1/2 of the stone was ordered correctly. Masons had to pull off job and wait another week for remaining stone to be delivered. They are not good a returning calls when you leave messages checking on status of material delivery. Phones always seem to be busy when you call.
