Elegant Floor Design installed new floors throughout the second floor of my house but due to their incompetence they were unable to finish my first floor.. I had to hire another floor contractor because of this causing my out of pocket to dramatically increase. The work wasn’t completed when I was told it was going to be and the one worker they had was very dirty. I would definitely NOT recommend Elegant Floor Design to anyone who is looking to have their floors done!

Elegant Floor Design, Inc installed several rooms with engineered flooring. They found just what I wanted in a light color stained finish. They gave me a timeline for the work and were done on schedule. I recommend them to everyone.
