Last fall my neighbor's tree fell on my house. We looked for several contractors. Element Exteriors was one that provided a reasonable proposal to fix our house. They were awarded approval and completed the work in early spring 2024 due to the end of the working year last fall. They completed their work within a week of starting and we had no issues throughout the project. They made sure we were in the know throughout the project. Being a project manager as my chosen career, I can appreciate good communication.

John and his team did a great job on our property. We had numerous layers of storm damage that he got repaired. Great work all around.

John Blanco is a very professional contractor, great communicator, and worked really well with our insurance adjuster. His crew were hard workers and did high quality work. We had two roof projects and a siding project, and would hire him back in a heartbeat.

Element Exteriors was very open and communicative about timeframes for the repair job, and communicated all delays within a reasonable time as well. Jeff came out promptly to do an estimate, which was also a very good value based on the other estimates we had received. When the crew showed up to do the work, they got started right away and completed it within five hours. We are very satisfied with the work that Element did, and will be reaching out again to them for any exterior work that we need done.

Element Exteriors did our roof and gutters after storm damage. As a first time home owner, I wasn't sure how the processed worked but they walked me through all the steps and were responsive during every phase of the project. Our main contact Jeff went above and beyond to help us navigate the insurance process and was patient with challenges we were having with our home owner's insurance. He helped me understand every part of the bill and get the insurance reimbursement that was owed to us. Again, above and beyond what I would have expected from a contractor. I can't recommend them highly enough.
