Can’t say enough about Joe and his team. When our house was built (2021) the soil and seeds the developers left were a joke! Sandy with lots of rocks!!!! Last Fall my dad and I laid some quality soil and seeded it. Added seeding in early spring. Found Elements on IG in April and have them out 3-4 times since. Treating weeds-they’re GONE! Fertilizing…and addl seeding. Summer scorched the lawn and some fungus really hit it hard. Elements treated that as well. The greatest difference though was the aerating/dethatching/overseeding they performed in early September. I watered the lawn every morning at 5am for 35 mins per zone. WOW!!! I’ve had 3 different neighbors comment on the difference. Can’t wait to see what it looks like next spring/summer when it’s even fuller and taller! Thanks Joe

After months of trying to get our lawn in the new house looking better, I turned to Elements and we are so thankful we did. From the advice during the initial meeting to just one treatment and seeding it looks great! Also very responsive via texting which is nice. 5 stars.

We moved in to this rental home late last year and the lawn looked terrible. According to my neighbor, the previous tenant didn't maintain, water, or fertilize the lawn at all. They just had it mowed every week or so when it got unsightly. Our previous home that we recently sold had decent grass, but not great. We hired several different fertilization companies to maintain the lawn and we watered consistently, but by August it didn't look so great. We decided to give Elements a try to see if this property could look better than our last. So far the fertilizer treatments helped out a lot and the grass is still green and flourishing. Elements has been great. Customer service with Mike and Dorothy and techs is awesome. Results in one season have been fantastic. My lawn is now weed free and thick. Very responsive to address pop up issues too! Have used for my own property and Covered Bridge Swim Club. Very happy!

Louis was performing a routine fertilizer application, and he smelled gas outside our house. He came to the front door, notified my wife, and the fire company found a leak. We are so grateful for his attention to detail and his general care for the safety of others. We are incredibly appreciative of him!
