We have had to call elements of restorations due to a water issue. this company is AMAZING! They truly care about their customers. When I called, they were very quick to send someone out. The gentlemen who worked on our home were so incredibly nice and honest. They answered every question we had and kept us up to date with any next step. They not only are quick to answer the phone, but they are really easy to text to ask any questions. I truly couldn’t ask for anything more from a company. Especially in a stressful situation. I know a lot of companies claim to be customer- focused, but this one truly is. This was our daughter’s room, and they made sure to handle it all so we would not have to worry about her being in any danger. I cannot recommend them enough.
