Ian was great to deal with throughout the process. Very courteous and prompt communication. Tim did a good job operating the equipment. Scheduling was a little difficult. Overall they did a great job with the demo and cleanup. And saved my artificial turf which I was afraid might be damaged. They should have had an electrician disconnect the breaker beforehand and I had to get an electrician out. Despite that hiccup I'd say Overall they did a great job.

TLDR: If you want the work done professionally and at a reasonable price, this is your team! If you can't extend grace to businesses and business owners over uncontrollable (or minor) issues, do it yourself. Making the decision to hire Elev8 Demolition after interviewing two other local companies was one I didn't regret. In fact, I have recommended them to dozens of people over the past year. Their pricing model is straight forward and did not contain any surprises or hidden fees. The communication was pretty good. The permits coordinator pulled the NOC and permit for me to sign within a day of my signed quote and deposit online. Three days later the job was scheduled. This company was hired to remove my parents pool. I was the point of contact person. I was assured the process would be simple and the yard would be level and the fence they needed to remove would be placed back exactly how it was. None of this happened. The day before the demo was to start I was called by Ian to confirm. The next day no one showed up and I was told they ran late on another job and he should have looked at the schedule before confirming with me and they would start the following day. I was told the job would only last 3 days and it took 4. No huge deal other than missing more time from work for me.
