AJ with Elevate Appliance is superb. Super personable AND available. Both times we had a problem with our dishwasher he was able to come by quickly. His work is thorough and he stands by it. We just bought our house in the last year and honestly I feel so much relief knowing I can count on AJ if anything else goes wrong.

AJ was great to work with. He diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher by listening to some audio of the noise it was making, explained how to get authorization for the part under warranty, and installed the dishwasher correctly after previous flawed installation. I’ll be pleased to pass his contact information all over.

Couldn’t have had a better repair experience. We called AJ after another service mishandled scheduling our washing machine repair. He had a cancellation, so was able to get to us later that day. Very professional and thorough. Not only replaced the washing machine pump, but noticed our dishwasher wasn’t installed properly and discovered it had a dangerously wired power cord. Fixed those problems on the spot. Highly recommended.

AJ responded quickly to my request for repair on my 30 year old Kitchenaid dryer. He is very courteous, professional, and congenial. My dryer works like a charm now. If I ever need my 30 year old Kitchenaid washer repaired, I am calling him. Thanks, AJ!

Although we did not do an appliance repair with AJ at this time, I was very impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. He was able to dig into the problem with our range and identify the potential cause of it. He provided a competitive estimate, but because the problem was not critical to the function of the range, we decided not to go forward with the fix. However, if we do have any appliances repair needs in the future, AJ will be our first call.
